Make sure you call to see if that got what you want in stock first. They played me that way and I payed for that expenisve arse 2 day shipping.

The other time they were kinda slow with shipping.

I recently did and didn't like the wig. Not their fault, it just wasn't what I expected. So, I emailed them 3 times to return it (you have to contact them first via their return policy). No reply. So, just like w/phonypony.com (see the thread on that that I replied to) when I called, they claimed they'd sent me a reply email. Right :rolleyes:. But funny how after the call, an email miraculously appeared in my inbox from them timed and dated AFTER the call :rolleyes:. So I've sent it back, but that was about 8 days ago. I don't think I've been credited back yet.

Bottom line, I don't think I'd order from them again b/c of that.

okay sigh of relief thanks....its alot better than paying almost 30.00 per wig at my local BSS...im saving at least 10.00.....
 
Ordered a phony puff... wasn't what the photo looked like. Returned it. Don't think I've been credited the amount of the product yet. I have called and sent emails. Do not plan to order from them again.
 
I ordered a ponytail from them. It looks too fake to wear. They won't take it back. Awful return policy.
 
I recently ordered 2 half wigs and a phoney poney from hairsisters and the order went smoothly and it was delivered in a matter of days. THe experience was good and I will order from them again. I also just placed an order with GMBShair and am currently waiting on my order, it should be here today.:grin:
 
WOW...i have been ordering from them for months now. maybe thay are under diff management???

i always get my things within a week or so. i take advantage of the sales that offer shipping discounts and order using the free shipping. i always get things within the window they specify once you place the order. (they show you a calendar and free ship is usually a two week window)

the packages can be tracked on the site, as to whether it shipped or is still processing or is backordered.

once i had a backordered wig, they emailed me the day after i placed my order and asked what i wanted to do, if i wanted to wait for it or get a refund...meanwhile they had already shipped out my items that were in stock.

the items quality varies, but this is becuase they sell different brands. they can't be responsible for the actual brand becuase they don't make the items. (kinda like a target or walmart for hair) but the one time i wasn't satisfied, they offered me a coupon for a next order. (i decided not to ship back a $7 item)

once i placed an order and entered the wrong color. i emailed cus service a few hours later. they emailed me right back letting me know it was no problem and that my order had been corrected.

i have had excellent experiences with them. so maybe things are better now. my last order was two weeks ago and that was the order that had the backordered item that i had to decide on.

i would say i have been using them for about a year, but with most of my orders being in the last 6 months or so. i would definitely recommend them.
