I just corrected my title...I just noticed that Blackhairspray.com is ALSO having a similar sale...personally I like the selection of Blackhairspray.com better, but I've only ordered from HS so far. The service was quick and smooth. I'll give BHS a shot next.

Yea, I was a bit nervous when i placed my order from Hairsisters.com but I placed my order and received my items even sooner than expected. This was earlier this month. So, perhaps they've fixed their issues. We'll see!

Do you know when they apply the discount or are they already added to the listed prices?

I went their earlier today because I saw the sale yesterday but when I went to check out nothing was reduced in my final total.

So I'm wondering is it that the prices listed under the pictures are already reduced by the 20% ?... Sorry I just started looking into half wigs last week, so I'm not really sure how much they are supposed to cost.

Thanks for posting this. There are a few wigs I have wanted to try for awhile and this is the perfect opportunity. I ordered from blackhairspray.com. The selection there was a lot better IMHO.

I just bought the h2pro 207 (I believe it is platform comparable) for $67 I got an aluminum comb to qualify for over $70 free shipping. So my total was $71 (no tax)! I a sooooo happy.

I just figured out that even though the half wigs are 14 dollars, they raise the shipping charges so basically you aren't really saving anything. At least on blackhairspray. I ordered a wig from there a month ago for 17.99 and the shipping was 5.58. I put in a fake order for a wig just now for 14.39 and to see what the shipping would be and it is 8.65. So that is about a 50 cent savings. Hairsisters probably does the same thing and it takes their wigs longer to ship. I guess you still can't beat getting a half wig for a total of 23.00 or so especially when most of the BSS are selling them for 30.00 or more. My niece lives in Alabama and she said she paid over 40.00 for hers. I will never pay more than 25.00 for a halfwig.

How sneaky, raising those shipping costs. I ordered enough for free shipping so I didn't have that issue and thankfully I don't plan to wear them until February so the length of time for shipping doesn't bother me either.

I would pay $40 for a human hair wig since they last longer, considering I used to spend $20-$25 a week when I was wearing synthetic half-wigs on a regular basis.

Thank you so much for the info ladies. I just bought my first half wig off line from Hairsisters today. I bought 2 Polly half wigs in black, they were $14.39 and shipping was I think $5.35 which to me was quite normal. They didn't jack their shipping rates up at Hairsisters and I just bought them this morning. HTH and thanks again ladies. Now I'm off to check out the other site.
