Hair Vitamin Question...

My vitamins say to take it 3x a day with meals. I usually forget one or two doses since I'm always running around and doing things during the day. Does it make a difference if I just take all 3 doses in the morning with my breakfast? or if I take all 3 doses at night with dinner?
 
You may not absorb it all depending on the amount of each element. As long as there are no mega doses(Google), you should be good.

I take Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails. It recommends 3 a day, but I only take one. I feel like that's enough for me. My nails are hard as bricks with just the one vitamin I take. By starting off with one, you'll know how your body responds to the vitamin better. Plus, if you can get away with taking 1-2 a day instead of 3, you'll be saving money in the long run :yep:
