Hair treatment recommendations?

Hi Ladies,

Happy new year all. What hair treatments do you recommend for permed/ chemicalised (Arosci) hair. I'm currently using Neutrogena and its excellent so far but i hear, like food, its important to change treatments in order to get healthy hair...

I say if it ain't broke don't fix it. If it still gives you the results you are looking for keep it "growing"!

Maybe you could incorporate some ceramide treatments into your reggie. Theres plenty to choose from like Biolage Cera Repair, Kerastase, Redken and many more.....
