i CANT do wngs anymore, it causes too many knots and hair loss and i need as much hair as i can keep on this head. ive tried braid outs but they always turn out sooo thin looking. you can see my scalp. can anyone help me?

celiabug, we had a discussion about fine strands and how they look see-through when twisted, and I shared that I find doing small twists and staggering them helps to create the illusion of fullness. I believe a twis-out or braid-out of such a style would look full too. Hope you find the info useful: http://www.longhaircareforum.com/showthread.php?t=500616

Do you have any pictures. Your hair looks rather long (and possibly full enough) in your signature pic. Are you natural?

yes im natural ands it really not full. its very fine. its an illusion lol

When I want a fuller look to my braid-outs I just keep pulling apart the braids and fluffing. You get less definition but it makes the style more airy and big, giving the illusion of fuller hair.

eta: i believe i have low-medium density
