Hi,

I just posted a topic regarding the mega multi hair growing & mineral vitamins and the amino protein for hair vitamin that is on the crown and glory website (growafrohairlong.com). I wanted to know are these vitamins good and potent....I am currently taking shen min vitamins, gueye vitamins, and biotin vitamins. I also good hair growth using these vitamins but I waiting on the ladies to respond to me regarding the first two hair vitamins (mega multi) and (amino protein for hair vitamin) but the vitamins that I am currently taking are very good and potent but I want to try the other two. I might stick with the vitamins I am taking now and just add the amino protein for hair vitamin...

All of the B vitamins are essential for growth. Try taking b-complex 50mg twice a day
