Hey all,

I'm pretty sure there's already a topic about this (sorry, I was too lazy to look it up :perplexed), but I was thinking about taking a daily hair, nails and skin vitamin of some sorts...

Only thing is, I'm already somewhat hairy (as in on my arms )...

Will a growth aid make me hairier?! Because I don't want that... Just the hair on TOP of my head.

If someone can help me, I'd really appreciate it!

I am taking Nioxin Recharging Supplements. Most supplements for hair promote growth anywhere there are hair follicles. A N Y W H E R E and E V E R Y W H E R E....LOL!!

Unfortunately there's no way to direct the hair growth to a certain area. It's kinda like how most of us wish we could redistribute body fat to more desirable areas:giggle:. Even before I joined the hair board I noticed women with longer hair tend to be hairier (is that a word?!) than their short haired counter-parts. The hair shows up on arms, legs, face, etc. It's the lesser of the two evils. I just up my hair removal game and KIM.:gorgeous:

I would think the best way to avoid hair growing everywhere is to use a topical hair growth aid like MTG or something like it. Otherwise you just have to get used to shaving more often. Whenever I take hair growth supplements I have to trim my nails more often and shave more often.
