I have had this book for over 2 years and never read it until I joined this site last week. My hair WAS curly now its more wavy. It explains everything you all talk about that I never had any idea about (Thanks LHC). It explains the importance of co-washing, use of essential oils and the life of the product junkie.

I think its a great read for people converting to "hair naturalism" and LHC newbies!

I dunno...I read that book and was glad it was a library book cause if I'd purchased it I would have been mad.
