Hey ya'll!

I just started "caring" about my hair last week lol I stumbled on this site, and I am addicted. I have visited my BSS, Sally's and Target. I've learned about the MT to the MN and the DC! I am so ready for ya'll!

I set up my FOTKI account and I am ready to ROLL! I just can't give up the heat. I am a PJ already and I need an intervention. *let's pray*

Hi and welcome.

I used to feel that way about heat too, thought I could never give it up. Some are able to go heatless right away whereas others want to just use it from time to time, just phase it down some. I am in the latter group. I used to use heat every week or two. Now I use heat every 3-4 weeks. Eventually I want to use heat once every month or two. Do what is comfortable for you and best for your hair. Once you are able to understand your hairs wants and needs you two will get along just fine.
