Hey Everyone!
So I just saw this on twitter, and I thought I'd share.
Apparently human hair can help clean up oil from beaches and poor animals from massive oil spills, like the one in the Gulf Coast right now.
This organization, Matter of Trust, collects hair clippings from around the world to make "hair mats" that can help soak up/mop up oil.
Crazy right?
As soon as I saw the site, I immediately wished I had saved my hair from my BC!
Anyone who is going to chop soon, consider donating the hair to Matter of Trust! If you are still waffling, this might be a good excuse to go for it
