Yes, I'm always stressed, and just recovered from 2 weeks of illness and taking medications.thanks for the recommendations

The stress & meds are probably the culprits. Perhaps you can find ways to reduce/deal with your stress. It can have an adverse effect on our bodies...including our hair.

Have you tried garlic shampoo/con? It's supposed to be really good for that.

Are you iron-deficient? That is a huge cause of sheddingg.

Are you consuming enough water and protein?

I have read about the garlic shampoo, but never tried it before. There is a possibility that i could be iron deficent since Isuffer a lot of pain and heavy bleeding periods and i only finshed my cycle last week. I don't eat a lot of protein or drink much water.

Since you have been stressed, make sure you are consumming alot of B-vitamins, your body burns these bad boys up when you are stressed out. Much love

I agree with the water & vitamins. Look for a multi-vitamin as well. My mom started on those and b12's and it helped her tremendously, especially her frame of mind. She's calmer.

Don't underestimate drinking water. I drink about 2 liters throughout the day, and I can tell a huge difference when I don't get enough.

Hope you get to feeling better soon!

If you are stressed trust me you gotta get that b complex fast. I was shedding and i used the vitamins plus a scalp serum after i washed called fantasia tea tree naturals scalp serum from fantasiahaircare.com. i put it on my scalp after washing. it is not greasy. surprisingly it helped.

Hey Den.. Here is what I did tonite that made my hair stop shedding and breaking. I did a pre poo with ORS Mayo. I pooed with Keracare 1st lather and followed with the Keracare moisturizing shampoo. I then did a deep conditioned with IC Fantasia Deep Penetrating Creme mixed with Phyto Organic Humectin... I must say that once my hair was dry, not one strand of hair fell from my head. Let me know if you try it..
