Hair grows slower in the front than in the back?

Hey ladies, now that I'm natural I've realized my hair grows is some severe layers lol. It's literally like a progression from the back to the front. The back near my nape grows the fastest and the growth seems to slow down towards my ears and forehead. What, if anything, have you ladies done to progress hair growth in your slower growing areas? I'm trying out a mix of megatek and jojoba oil every other day-build up is a ***** lol- and massaging my scalp to see if anything can be done. Is this a lost cause?

My hair seems to grow faster in the back as well. The front and sides grow a tad bit slower. Its normal to have different growth rates and textures throughout your head. My daughter has 3b edges, 3c crown and 4b in the back. Her crown seems to grow the fastest

Im relaxed but mine is the same. If I want it more even I have to constantly cut the back. I apply , my growth treatments to the front of my head in hopes of it growing somewhat faster.
