I have been taking them for 3 weeks now and I must say, I have alot of new growth at entering 5 weeks and I have 3 more to go. I am going to say its working because normally around this time, my new growth is towards the front and in the middle of my head. I get very little towards the back for some odd reason. Well since I have been taking these HF37 I have growth in the back of my head as well! I cant wait to see what the 3 weeks remaining will do for me! I was taking Step one- one with dinner and breakfast and Step 2 - two -three times a day. After reading Southerngirls procedure, it is sooooo much easier for me to take the Step 2- 3 before breakfast and 3 at bedtime and Step 1- 2 with breakfast.

Hope that makes sense! I think I have confused myself! LOL!

I've used this for 7 months in the past and had one inch of growth a month. I took two Step One like you're supposed to and nine Step Two.

The niacin really began to tear my stomach up, though and I began to get palpitations. Also it was a pain to swallow 11 pills a night. Tablets don't agree with me so I had to stop taking it.

It was a big waste of money for me. I want to try Hairtopia.

 That's scary. Was it from the Niacin or something else in the step 1.

No, I really think it was the niacin. I got that horrible "niacin flush" also. I would really recommend Hairtopia over HairFormula37 any day. It doesn't contain niacin, comes in capsule form so it's easier to swallow, and never once made my stomach feel bad. My only complaint with the Hairtopia was that I felt like I had a load of energy and didn't know how to work it off. If I were a more active person when I was taking it, I don't think that would have been a problem, though.

I took HF37 for two months, I did get a lot of growth, so in my opinion, I would say, it was very good, however I would not mind trying Hairtopia.

Boadicea,
Do you feel that the Hairtopia gives you the same amount of growth?

With Hairtopia, I didn't get the same amount of growth but I think you can over time. I was very sick (sinus problems, bad cold) so I stopped taking Hairtopia for a long time so I don't think I got as much growth as I would have if I continued to take it. It was very erratic. HF37 says you should give it at least 30 days to see results and I saw results with Hairtopia within two weeks.

Ahhh good ole HF37. I took that when I first started my growth journey and I have to say it did get me noticeable progress. In fact my current vitamin regimin (that I vow to return to) is a variation on a cheaper version of the same stuff in HF37. I once dedicated a whole post to it here: http://www.longhaircareforum.com/showthread.php?t=838

*sigh* I really need to get my butt back in gear.
