I have my girlfriend taking hair formula 37 and its working for her.In the morning She takes (one) step 1 with food then waits 2 hours and takes (three) step twos on a empty stomach. I've used HF37 before and had great results with it. My hair grow an inch a month (and my nails were like talons) and I used it for 7 months.

I took two of Step One and 9 of Step Two...every day...for seven months.

Hey Yung Wuz up...I took HF 37 and it works my hair started to grow like crazy that natural thick nappy stuff that I haven't seen since I was a little girl. It was strong and healthy but I started to gain weight around my girth (stomach) and I was like this is not me because I'm a work out a holic and I have to have those abs. So I stopped in actuality all the protein that's in them which is alot will make you gain extra weight around your stomach I read this on Cathy Howse web site and she was very precise because I did gain weight around my stomach. I myself tried it for two months and it worked, I stopped because I cannot keep it with the expense, I tried a cheaper alternative and although it works, I think HF37 was the best, however I am trying Millenium Hair Skin and Nail formula and it seems to work okay, when I get some more money, I would try Hairtopia, which has very similar ingredients to HF 37, but it has MSM.
