suggestions and opinions please. any1 who can help me with a comparison? I've done a little research on the bd as well as on their respective websites. aside from the major $$ diff I also note tht HF37 has more amino acids? or cd I be just as well off to purchase the less expensive HE and buy my own addl amino acids? suggestions for AAs wd be welcome too. or do some of you who have either exp both or swear by either think that you get what you pay for? thanks girlfriends!

I've been using HF37 for about a month and a half, I haven't noticed any unusual growth. My hair was pretty long to begin with, but my nails have grown and are much stronger. However, my mother's hair has gotten much thicker since starting on the vitamins, her nails are longer too. I think I may give it until 3months have passed and then switch to a less expensive hair vitamin like GNC.

I have been using Hairtopia which was created by Karen Shelton at www.hairboutique.com. I prefer this brand because it is in capsule form, which is supposed to have better absorption. Here are a couple of webpages:

I've been using Hair Enegizer for about a month now. I have seen a slight increase in hair growth, but I'm not sure it's just these vitamins because I've just start taking MSM and silica. After I finish this bottle, I'm going to just try taking some amino acids and a multivitamin because I read somewhere that you could get the same results from this combination as you would from Hair Enegizer and HF37. Hoped this helps.
