I really, really want hi-lites for my b-day in about a week, and I was wondering if any of you ladies know of a good place to go. I would prefer Brooklyn or Queens, but I will travel if the person is worth it. My last resort is to go to Curve, I love their work, but I don't want to pay that much. Any info is appreciated!
 
Just want to say you hair is beautiful!! Very healthy, jet black and shiny - sorry I do not live in NY to help.

Thanks, I am just soooo tired of my dark hair though, I need a change.
