Hair Care underneath a full Sew-in Weave

Hello Ladies,

I am going to try a full sew-in curly weave for the next 6 weeks. Do you have a regimen for your hair underneath the sew in?

I did a quick search and could not find anything.

All suggestions are welcomed.
