Hair braider that can style in NYC

I haven't gotten braids in years. I would like a layered bra strap twists. I know most braiders can't style so I'm looking for a good recommendation.

Also what kind of hair is best for this? Especially against tangling. Thanks.

the old location was kind of gross, but she's moved to livingston near the sushi king, so you can give that a try if you want (new location is a lot better)
