Probably nobody remembers me :ohwell:

It had been almost a year to the day since I last logged in. But I'm weaved up, and missing my hair. Plus I'm off for two weeks, :look: ...and it's the season of giving, so... I felt like giving my $6.50. These are some of the hair pics that have been collecting in my phone

the first pic was about a year ago, went to a natural hair salon in town for my birthday. it lasted almost 3 weeks. i took the braids/twists down with melted shea butter, and wore a twist out for probably another 2-3 weeks, reapplying melted shea butter and retwisting as needed. here is what that twist out more or less looked like (pinned underneath in the back)

My mom did the press job. Now that was nostalgic. Sitting in the kitchen with a hot comb and a hot plate. Blue magic grease sizzling everywhere lol. But you can see, my hair does not ever get reallly straight. It's so fluffy, it won't just hang, even when it's not curly.

Welcome back! I'm glad to see that you weren't tempted to neglect your hair while on hiatus! Your hair looks great. :)
