Well, I have not heard of this book before. However, I just read another thread minutes before aboout a different book by a different woman claiming to have the same information in the form of a book. So far to me it seems they are still selling a hair care products just not in a bottle.

Perhaps some of the tips or tricks do work, but why charge each one teach one LOL. I just feel like I need more information, but I don't want to pay for it. :)

It's looks like she has the same info as Cathy Howse......

Is it just me or does those girls' hair look fake? :ohwell:

I feel the same way! :yep:

I've seen this particular site before, and I don't believe the hype. The models they show look like they have weave, and if they don't trim like it says not too, how come the ends look so even and thick on the first model? I think its impossible to have ends like that without ever trimming...even with daily combing and brushing, the ends will break or thin over time-the ends are the oldest part of the hair!

Well, I wouldn't buy it. And I agree, those models look like they're wearing weaves or something.

yea... their hair definately looks fake. The worst part is that they didnt even try to make it look real..lol It looks like a clip on. LOL LOL LOL

Since it says it uses a commen sense approach I really don't need it..I have LHCF

I agree. That's why I haven't thought about purchasing any hair care books because everything is right here on the LHCF! :yep:

i'm getting tired of people saying "trimming doesn't help your hair to grow so don't do it!" True, the ends of your hair don't have anything to do with the hair growing out of your scalp, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't trim. You trim to rid your hair of split ends and keep it thick and healthy looking

i almost bought the book too, but then found this website...I like this better...it is not worth it. Everyone seems to just repeat themselves anyways.

Ladies,
Please do not get this book!! I have read Cathy Howse's book from cover to cover, and they used almost EXACT quotes from her book. She refers to this on her website, and until now I had no idea who the imposter was. I suggest you buy HER book instead. I don't neccessarily advise using her conditioner if you have healthy hair, because the protein is VERY harsh. If you DO use her condish, follow it with a REALLY good moisturizing one.
Anyway, back on topic, don't be fooled by this.
