On the Grow and Keeping it Simple
I bought it before I found LHCF. Its not bad, but you probably already know most of what she writes about. I did. It's not worth it in my opinion.

You can get the same exact info on this site that it offered in that book. I checked out the site and it seems a little shady...in fact most of the info on that site is taken from Cathy Howses' methods, check out Cathy's site and her book, it's excellent. www.UBHpublishing.com
