Yes, their braids regimen has always given me excellent growth. It's not just about the growth because protective styles promote growth anyway but my hair is always in great condition when I take them down. The gist of it is braids that are not too small , size of a pencil or bigger, washing regularly and moisturizing with a mixture of infusion 23 and braid spray. That mixture is the truth.
