whats greg juice?

-- a product from Oyin Handmade lol

It's a spray, oil-free, hair refresher type product.

I'm natural and I love it. I dilute it 1/2 water to 1/2 GJ to stretch it. I usually just empty 1/2 GJ into an empty GJ spray bottle and fill both bottles to the top with water.

It has a nice, citrus smell that I like. I use it to refresh my hair in the morning. It's advertised as a leave-in but that doesn't work for me.

I tried it once a year or so ago when I was natural. I hated it. It was too watery, did nothing for my hair and I HATED the smell. But I think I'm in the majority. Most people seem to love it.

It was OK. It was alright to refresh but it wasn't good enough for me to reorder. I tried to use it as a leave in only but that didn't work for me either. It's better then just plain water though.

I tried it for my daughters hair as a Detangler and it did nothing so I went back to Suave Kids and the Comb glides right through, Plus you have to use so much of it that you will place an order every week if you have thick hair.

I liked it, but I guess it depends on what your using it for. I liked it for refreshing braids/twists, and for combing through my hair (I'd wet it with Greg's Juice and put on a creme moisturizer and it'd work). If you're really interested in her products get the sampler pack, it comes w/ 2oz of her most popular products. I'm just throwing that out there, cuz I like to try things out for myself since most things won't work for everyone...and I always get my money's worth since I will try things in different combinations until my hair likes it. :)

Good Idea....

I like it. I use it to refresh my hair, whether wearing a wash and go or twists. It works great for me. I'm natural, by the way.

At first I didn't like it but then it grew on me. I'm debating on weather I want to reorder.....I think I do. I use it to refresh my curls and it works pretty good for that. I love the smell and it made my hair soft but didn't work well as a detangler for me.

Has anyone tried the Honey Hemp Conditioner? That was a miss for me.

I tried this a while ago and I didnt like it. It was sort of sticky and I HATE sticky hair. It wasnt stasoffro/scurl sticky, but it had a tacky feeling that drove me nuts. I wish I had thought about diluting it. I think I may have some left I put in a spray to carry with me. I may try it out again. I have a leave in from myhoneychild I like. It doesnt do much for my hair that I notice, but it smells awesome and can be used to refresh my wash n goes/twists etc.

Greg Juice is the best detangler I've used so far. That's all I use it for. Mine was sticky also, and I found the smell very strong. What I did was I used about 1/4 of it and filled the rest up with water. I did this twice because I still found the smell strong after the first time. Now it's great.

Lately I've been kinda put put off about ordering over the Internet b/c the S&H gets ridiculous after a while. I'm trying to find a good detangler in shops here that's as good as Greg Juice. I've found Just for Me Detangler to work really well, but I might have to water that down too because it's hard to spray it out the nozzle.
