Hi first of all i would just like to say hello to everyone on the board. I am new here and look forward to giving advice and getting advice for my hair
I have had trouble with my hair for a while now and would just like to get my hair to shoulder length hair that is healthy.
My hair is definitely 3c hair and it is also very fine. so it breaks off very easily. i currently trying to find a good hair regimen that i can use that will fit with my very busy schedule of being in a sorority and school and work.
If any members have any suggestions please feel free to let me know any of them

Welcome. I would say to start with washing at least once a week. Do a heavy protein treatment once a month then a lighter protein in between. Don't forget to moisturize and protective styling

Welcome to the forum!

If you're looking for a regimen, you might want to try the "search" function (at the top of the page). You can search for keywords that you're interested in. But honestly, people's regimens vary quite a bit. The basics, though:

Washing (some people use shampoo, others don't)

Moisturizing/Deep Conditioning (there are TONS of products for this, but remember, a good moisturizer will contain water)

Sealing in the moisture (with a natural oil - keeps the moisture in your strands)

Gentle treatment (don't comb or manipulate your hair very often, sleep with hair covered in silk/satin, low/no heat tools, etc.).

Also, this thread is a great starting point:

Good luck!
