Years ago before joining this board, I heard wonderful things about these natural products (granulated lecithin and wheat germ). Most times I would hear people use them alone, but I do remember one post in the multicultural section of the www.longhairlovers.com website, one lady used both of them daily and received wonderful growth.
I've heard/read that the optimum dosage of each is 2 tablespoons of granulated lecithin (yes, make sure it's granulated!) and 3 tablespoons of raw wheat germ.
Anybody down to try? I'm going to try and buy some tonight. I can't think of anything to eat them with except yogurt. I should be eating yogurt daily anyway.......
