HAS ANYONE TRIED SALLY'S BOOTLEG (CHI) SILK INFUSUION? IM LOOKING TO BUY IT BUT DONT WANT TO WAST MY MONEY HOW DOES IT STAND UP TO THE ORIGINAL I HAVE NEVER TRIED EITHER BUT THIS WILL BE MY NEXT PURCHASE

Silk Remedy

I tried it and did not like it. I used the GVP on one half of my hair and the original Chi Silk Infusion on the other side... the GVP side felt dry and not as smooth as the the side with the original CSI. HTH...

I tried it on my Mom's hair. Thing is, I used sabino moisture block, as well. But the combination of the two left smooth silky hair that didn't revert, even in sleety/misty weather. She's still wearing the "press" I gave her from almost two weeks ago. Says everyone's been raving; and checking for tracks. "Is that all yours?" lol

I tried it and I liked it..... The trick is not to use sooo much. All it takes is a little and it will be silky and shiny and not greasy.

I've never tried the orginial, but used the GVP on my DD's natural hair with sabino moisture block and had good results.
