For those of you who use GPB have your results been best with or without heat? I just got my first bottle and need some tips. Thanks in advance.

I get far better results using GBP without heat! I also get even better results when I leave it on for 30-45 minutes as opposed to the 5-10 minutes suggested on the bottle.

my best results have been without heat. I put on two plastic caps and a towel around my next and do chores while it sits up there.

When I used to use it, I used it with heat. I never used it without, so I guess I can't compare.

I love it without dryer heat. I use a plastic cap, then my foil hot oil cap and then a towel. works great!

For me it works very well without heat. Also, I leave it in for much longer that the recomended time on the bottle. Sometimes at least an hour or more goes by.

DahomeyAhosi,

I've used the GPB with and without heat. It seems like I get a better "slip" without heat. This stuff is great!

Hey Newbie,
I use mine w/o heat. It's the best conditioner I've had so far, and has got me through some major hair emergencies.

i will do it w/o the heat. i will the post results.....

I tried it without the heat. This is certainly the best conditioner I've ever used. My new growth feels softer than my texturized hair and it was much easier to comb out with much less shedding. Thanks all!!

Woo hoo! another converted one!!! I just used it today and I used it yesterday no problems. Hair came out soft moisturized and smelling heavenly. It IS one of the best conditioners out there. I agree.

Hi there,
GBP stands for Glycogen Protein Balancer. It is a Hair Conditioner Nutrient. Some ladies use it as their protein conditioner. I use it without heat and it makes my hair soft and more manageable.

You can order it from Aubrey organics or from vitamin shoppe.

There is also a store locator on the aubrey site, maybe you can find a health store near you that sells it.

Hope this helps
