Got my 10 en 1 today!!!!!

I ordered the 2lb jar from sickbay on Monday...it got here today. I am sitting here now as I font with it on my head. I also notice that Cetyl Alcohol is the number two ingredient listed. Isn't alcohol supposed to be drying to the hair?

Cetyl Alcohol is an emollient. SD alcohol, and Isopropyl are the extremly drying ones! I stay away from these!

I have used my mine with heat of my hooded hair dryer for a moisturizing conditioning treatment.

Does it leave your hair very moisturized?
Or do you need to deep condition with moisturizer?

lovechic...Thanx for explaining the alcohol! I didn't feel like being held hostage by a hair dryer today...but I did manage to leave it on my hair for an hour while I did other things. It did leave my hair soft and shiny...it does smell good too. I am new to the boards and don't know very much about being a 'hair pharmacist' so I didn't mix it with anything or do anything extra. Are their any tips regarding how to use it? I've read where some posters have mixed oils and other conditioners. I did want to see what kind of effect it would have on my hair before I started mixing things up. I just don't want to overload my hair with unnecessary products....but I am very much open to suggestions...so if yall got any...so feel free to share.

You're welcome! I never mixed mine with anything, I felt it works fine "as is". When you have the time, try it with your dryer! You will love the feel!

You girls got me so excited with the 10 en 1 talk, I decided to use it with my weekly treatment today....more like as we speak. Hoping for silky results too!
