Good stylist in Akron/Cleveland Area?

I need help finding someone to do my hair. I've only lived here for about seven months and I'm still getting my bearings! A dominican salon would be really nice! I just need someone who understands healthy hair care. Just the basics...don't pull relaxer through my hair and who is not scissor happy! TIA
