Good pair of shears

I was wondering if someone could suggest a nice good pair of trimming scissors that I could fine either online, in walmart, sally's, walgreens (I list these because i know that they are in my area) that are reasonably priced? ($15 or less)

Any sharp pair of trimming scissors will do. I bought my sheers from Sally's beauty supply. They were on sale for $4.99.
