If I should still do this Aghoop treatment. My hair could STILL to be dry, or possiably damged, i take the two strades out and wash it. Should I go though with it or get my money back?

I'd say do it just in case. You have to follow it up with a DC anyway right? You might as well. If your hair still doesn't feel soft DC over night.
