Hi ladies, a friend of mine wants to texturise his hair. He's not feminine in any fashion but has course 4b hair which he would like to grow to a one level and have subtle waves and shape it up every few days. Can anyone recommend a good male texturizer thats not too girly? (or does it just depend on the amount of time its left in?)

you can use any oil relaxer to texturize. it does'nt have to specificaly say texturizer on the box. what matters is the amount of time it is left on. this will determine weither he comes out with a relaxer or a texturizer

S- curl texturisers are usually a safe choice ,But be careful when applying etc. One of my friends at school hada texturisr done but it only looked good on the first day nd now his hair is extremely damaged i think its because he never realised he had to apply more moisture than usual
