I got it last night and used it. My hair was sooooooo soft. I used:
Volumizing shampoo
Then EMRT (under dryer for 15 minutes)
Then as a leave in I used the MBC and the SHE

My hair was very easy to comb out. Less than 10 strands came out in the shower. And then I bunned in from the shower.

I still need something to soften my hair daily (hoping Clairol vitapointe will work once it arrives). I'll apply some MBC daily with the vitapointe to seal it all in. This line is great for keeping my hair hydrated. LOVE IT! I highly recommend it. Between this and my Kenra MC I'm set. :)

Btw, did anybody else feel a slight sensation when they used the shampoo. It felt nice. First clarifying shampoo I have used that didn't strip it.

Only drawback is the S&H. I paid $15 USD then had to pay another $35 CAD when it arrived. DANG! I'll need to find a friend and send it to them first then they can send it to me as a gift (which seems to just get a $5-10 fee..hm)

I love Elucence! I just used the treatment and the volume clarifying shampoo for the first time last weekend!!! The combination of those two with the MBC was awesome! I learned though that my hair doesn't like the SHE or their wrap foam. But all the other stuff was the bomb for my hair!!!

I was really impressed but like you the SHE is not all that. It smells like kemi oyl but stronger (so already the smell is turning me off a bit..lol). And NTM healing shine serum works better imo.
For sure I'll repurchase the shampoo, MBC and EMRT again.

I am SO glad you liked it! I've not bought a single other thing for my hair since I purchased and used this line. I use the MB shampoo & conditioner for one wash, then 3 days later I use the clarifying and the MB conditioner. I use the silk elixir and the serious shining spray. I always leave a bit of the cond. in my hair, too. (I still use my Cantu at the very ends of my hair before I rollerset, though.)

I can't believe that I've actually stuck to one product line!

I'm ordering the treatment next week, along with a refill of the MB con.

Happy to have a fellow convert!

I agree the NTM is nice and I also like Smooth 'n Shine's polish/serum.

Aileen, girl, I knew you would be in this thread!!!! :lachen: Now, you have two more people in your Elucence Fan Club! :lachen:

I'm still waiting for my order! I'm getting way too excited, I really hope this product lives up to it's claim for my hair too!

I think I may be allergic to something in it. I used Hot six as a hot oil then the EMRT. When I was towelling off my scalp was on fire. ITCHY as HE**..it was BAD. That has NEVER happened before. WTH?!
I'm scared to use it now... :(

wow I'm so sorry to hear that! I hope you are doing okay now!

Wow, Faith...
Try a "patch test" with each product alone. Take a dab and put it on your scalp (one product on each side). See which one is the culprit. If you don't get a reaction, mix the two and do another patch test a couple days later. Hope your scalp is doing better....

I really hope it wasn't the Elucence...

DF: Has the E stopped your PJism yet? :)

My scalp is better now. It was sensitive for 2 days after it happened. I have used each inidvidually without incident so I think it was the mix. I tell you it was so itchy...I had both hands scratching away in there. ALL my fingers...lol. First time I used Elucence I didn't use anything else..just that line. The second time was when I did the Hot six hot oil treatment first. Hm! Maybe I'll mix a little and try a patch test..if it happens again then I know.

You bought it from pleasant image?
If you had mentioned it it earlier I would have told you not buy from them.

Next time try getting in contact with the Canadian distributor.

Thanks. You would think seeing that they emailed me and I mentioned being in Canada and they discussed the S&H costs they would have told me about the distributors IN CANADA. Good grief.
