Good hair moment

Folks, I went into my office to show everyone my new bundle of joy (now 8 weeks old) and back in May I had my hair colored and highlighted to accentuate the curls. I purchased my Miss Jessie's curly pudding (8 oz) and baby buttercreme (2 oz) along with my restorative treatment (brand new product by them with Avocado oil cream). I washed my hair yesterday with AVeda DR shampoo and conditioner (mixed conditioner with Brilliant line conditioner for extra moisture). I then applied the baby buttercream and then the curly pudding throughout my hair and let it air dry.

Why did I get so many compliments on my hair today from how much it has grown since I cut it all off last year (Sept/Oct 2006) to how pretty the curls were. The black folks complimented the color while the white folks complimented the growth and style (nothing special just natural curls/kinks pushed back with a pantyhose headband. The products really accentuated the curls today. I tried to take a picture of the curl definition but my camera's battery died! Of all days!!!!

So ladies, find what works for YOUR HAIR! This isn't a one product serves all type of deal and then work it as much as you can! Trust me, someone will notice all of your hard work and hair health.

Congrats on the good hair day. I'm having one myself after trying fermodyl 619. Luckily my camera had good batteries in. I took lots of pics to commemorate the occasion . Too bad I don't have anywhere to go to show my hair off .

oh yeah it definitely feels good when others notice progress eventhough i may not b/c i see it daily. it was almost like amazement (wow your hair is all grown back from when you cut it off last year). honeslty it is NO WHERE near that length prior to my bc in Sept/Oct 2006 but I guess it just looks like way - in less than 12 months! Who knew the pregnancy would make my hair grow like weeds?
