I was wondering what would be a good deep conditioner I could use on my hair. I read on another site that deep conditioning the hair would stop the breakage. Thanks for any advice.

It seems to me that it would depend on what you're aiming to do. Do you have moderate to severe hair breakage? If so, then you need a protein reconstructor, like Ahpogee or Keracare Super Reconstructor. Do you want to add more moisture to dry hair? If so, you may want to try a moisturizing conditioner, like LeKair Cholesterol conditioner, Mizani Moisturefuse, or Keracare Humecto. If you want something that is in between, you may want to try Affirm 5 in 1 reconstructor or Mizany Fulfyll (sp?).
