To my old regimen, the one I had before the bleached highlites ruined my hair. It worked for my hair before and it grew so it should work now. So far I have been back on it for a week with no complications.

This just not mean that I am quitting, it is just that I am going back to my tried and true method.

what's the regimine? I myself am in "recovery" due to highlights/bleaching and use of a bristle brush on wet hair (the horror..oh the horror) and would like to be well on the road to recovery my summer. I think I will be but I need to start taking matters into my own hands.

My beautician is pretty good but she is a little rough with the finger nails during the wash on my delicate hair and I can't stand that damn fine tooth comb during the roller set. My hair is thin already - I need to save all the hair I can!

I did a grandma roller set last night using Alter Ego (drops) and the A.E. garlic conditioner and a little of the carrot mask (just to test them all - I like them all) and today I am fluffy and soft. And only lost 6 hairs ...why can't they be as patient as us with that fine comb
