Please tell me which one is better, I have finished two bottles from the ultranourish I believe it improved my hair shedding but I want to try the HSN one, any experience with any of them?

I think a regular multivitamin is best. They have everything a H/S/N vitamin has and more. I'd focus on finding a great multi with a good delivery system (for optimum absorption).

I just ordered Shak Lee multi after getting some really good reviews from some friends n family.

I know it doesn't really answer your question of which of those particular four is best, but I hope it helped anyway! :)

I've tried both and like the ultranourishhair better. Not to be crude but the hair skin and nails had me throwing up :nono:... The good thing about GNC is that you can return anything that you don't like :yep:

I personally like the GNC Ultranourish Hair - I have been using it for a few months now and I know that it has been instrumental. I have not tried the HSN version as I am more hair focused. I compared the ingredients when I was searching for a vitamin and from what I could remember there was not big difference...

WELL EVERYTIME I GO TO GNC THE LADY SAYS WOMAN COME IN JUST TO BY THE HSN KIND I HAVE USED THEM FOR A LONG TIME NOW AND THEY HAVE GAVE ME BACK SOME OF THE THICKNESS IN MY HAIR SO I GO WITH THE HSN KINDS IMO

I swear by GNC HSN. But I like that the vitamin isn't so hair focused, b/c I'm into my skin just as much as my hair. If you're just focused on hair, I think Ultranourish Hair would be a better fit.

I like the Ultranourish hair. I used to use Hair, Nails, Skin & it did nothing for my hair, nails, or skin.

I have taken both I prefer the GNC Ultra Nourish hair. The rep at GNC said that the Ultranourish Hair give you the right vitamin combination for hair health. The only thing that Hair Skin and Nails had more of was Biotin. I take a separate Biotin pill 5000 mcg, I also take GNC Ultra Mega Multi Vitamin. So I'm covered. I have had great results with Ultra Nourish Hair.

Thank you ladies I think I will stick with the ultranourish hair vitamins and maybe add a multi from GNC. Any ideas how much is the GNC multi and which one, they have a few kinds there.

About a month ago drugstore.com had a sale on their GNC multi for the 180 tablets I got it for 28.99 and it was also buy one get one free. So keep a look out for them.

It depends on how many comes in a jar. I think *don't quote me* the 90 day is about 18 something. I ALWAYS get my vitamins during the first week of the month with the Gold Card sale. You get 20% off everything in the store even on top of what the sale may be so I got them for 14-15 bucks this month :yep: I take the regular GNC Ultra Mega w/iron multi vitamin for women. GNC Ultra Nourish Hair and a Biotin vitamin that i got from WALMART *cheaper*
