I take them but I can't really say if they made a difference since I'm 5 months post and haven't had my hair straightened to see my progress. The UltraNourishair made my eyelashes grow though. I take both daily. Now that I think about it since I got back on them this week my face has been breaking out. I noticed it breaking out but I couldn't figure out why. I think I found the culprit...
