GNC Biotin

I just read that some brand of biotin don't work as well as some others might

I just brought 120 capsules of GNC biotin and if doesn't work I'l feel sooo bad because of the $ I spent

anyone use GNC brand? When I asked for biotin the man at GNC gave me this one:

I use Puritan Pride 1000mcg (I take two pills each day, but I dont take them on the weekend) and hopefully it works, but I think I have noticed growth, because I got a perm right when I started and now it is a lil curly at the roots which was like a week and a half ago!

maybe I am just being to thirst for growth and seeing things that arent there lol

What exactly were your results? And how many mcg/day did you take to see your results? I'm new to biotin and I would like to learn more. Thank you!

i took two of the above gnc biotin pills each day along with msm and gnc ultra nourishair. i think the combo of the 3 was what took me from 19 1/2" on april 26 when i started taking them to 22" by july 4th. i'm sorry i cant say what the direct contribution of each was, but i know they did help a lot.
