UPDATE: I used to be on them. I did 2 1/2 bottles of them and then came off. Hair grew well, but so did the rest of my body hair! I was shaving and growing like crazy! I came off them and my body hair slowed down. Hair's still growing. My nails grew like crazy too!

I've used these in the past with good results but stopped when I noticed one of the ingredients was Titanium Dioxide. I stopped cause I'm not sure if that is safe to be consuming everyday.

Oh wow, thanks. I see it... I hope its not bad, because these vitamins work great for me so far. My nails are finally growing and my skin is glowing..

I've been taking these for maybe three weeks now and did a quick search on titanium dioxide.

The biggest concern seems to come from when people are working in industrial areas where you're exposed to a lot of titanium dioxide. The amount used in cosmetics and other items is negligible, and shouldn't cause any issues in humans. :yep:

I would stop taking it cause titanium dioxide may not be harmful in small amounts but putting it in your body everyday can't be good in the long run. Be beautiful has chewables that have 3 mg of Biotin that I just started taking so I'll give those a try instead. It does not contain titanium dioxide.

Update: I had to stop these vitamins... Started to break me out between my eyebrows.... My nails are stronger that's about it.

I have been taking these now for a lil over two months and I like them. I noticed that my nails were stronger in the first few weeks. I saw an increase in new growth recently in the past few weeks and I am impressed. I am on my third bottle now. I am 6 weeks post relaxer and must say that I have not ever had this much NG in this amount of time. I also moisturize and seal daily and use a sulfur growth aid..but I have been doing that with not as much growth as I have now!

You have to be patient! It takes at least 3 months in my opinion to work and get in your system. No breakouts for me either

I have been using them for probably 7 months now. Gives the skin a glow, I think its the DMAE in the vitamins. Nails are stronger also. However; I did not notice significant hair growth with these vitamins. I had better results for hair growth using the GNC Ultra Nourish Hair vitamins. So I take both as I experienced differnent benefits with both.

I been using the pills alone for 2 months and the vitapak for 3 months. The only benefit was my nails grew at got stronger. My face started to breakout between my eyebrows and this was the only new thing to my diet so it had to be the cause. I just continued to take them and dealt with the breakouts, silly me. When I stopped taking them for a week my face cleared up.

NGraceO I just bought these in the chewies and started taking them last Tuesday. This is something I'll take consistently, particularly because I look forward to the taste of the chewy after lunch :look: and I take at night/evening after I usually eat dinner. I'm hoping the biotin will help my nails and if I get added growth that's an extra plus. I like the idea of a chewy vitamin. I was thinking of repurchasing some hair vitamins as I'd finished my Andrew Lessman vitamins and noticed no difference in anything and I took those for two months. Heck, at least with this I like the taste . The sales person in GNC said they absorb in your system quickly and that they get really good reviews.

These are the best supplements I have ever used. I buy them as part of a vitapak called beWholesome, which includes a multivitamin, calcium supplement and omega-3 pills. I have been taken one pak (more or less) a day for over a year now, and not only have I grown about 8 inches of hair in that time, but I have eradicated my anemia, my Vitamin D deficiency and my overall lethargy as well. My doctor is very pleased, and my stylist is too. It's not cheap, but I think it's well worth the value, as I am targeting my whole health, not just my hair, skin and nails.

Britt

Are you still taking the chewables. I just purchased some today.

Beamodel I am. I went and bought another bag prob about a month ago. I haven't noticed not a damn change in anything and I've been taking these things from April 8th . Don't go by me though, I hardly ever see anything different when I take hair vitamins. I was hoping my nails would be less brittle and be healthier --- they are still the exact same :nono:.
