GNC Be Beautiful

I've been using them for about three weeks. So far my face is breaking out (sure it's from the 3,000 mg of Biotin), nothing big. I baking soda/water on my face, and it's worked wonders. I'm giving it two more weeks to see results with my hair, but I can say my nails are extra strong now.
 
I've used for about two months and I really like them. They're easier for me to swallow than the first GNC ultra vitamin paks they had. I was using those and the Hair Skin & Nails Formula, so it's nice that now I can use just one pak. The only downside is that they are expensive and they've been really popular so they've been a little hard to find. But I'm going to continue using them. I can't say I've noticed a huge difference in my hair, but I've definitely noticed a difference in my nails for the better.
 
Mine weren't expensive at all. Gnc always has coupons that you can use and their good at having in store sales.
 
You know what? My bad! I was thinking about the entire vitapak, which is $60 and includes the BE Beautiful. That's $15/month more than their other vitapak, which is why I was saying it's expensive. For $17, with or without the discount, I think that's a good deal, especially since they've improved the formula so you only need one pill instead of 2.
 
I brought a bottle of Be Beautiful just yesterday. So of course it is too soon to see results..Check back in a month!
 
Bumping once more for any ladies that may have started taking this back in July. I started a few days ago too and wanted to see if there have been any positive results.
 
I feel like if I could stay on them long enough I would see results. I broke out about a week into using them so I backed off. Then went back on, then broke out........... I still have about a half of bottle left. I never break out from Biotin. I usually take 1000mg and this has 3000mg, so I might have to work my way up to these.
 
I've been taking the powdered version (fruit medley) for about six months now. My nails are really strong and my skin is soft and smooth. As for my hair, it seems to shed less...I add 2000mg of MSM to it, so that may be why.

Okay so since I have been using these vitamins for about a month I will give a short review for all those interested.

At GNC I actually purchased the Be Protected, Be Whole & Be Beautiful. I will admit that at first my skin started breaking out a little but I think that was because the Biotin in both the Be Beautiful & the Be Whole was to much all at once. So I cut it down and started taking the Be Whole & Be Beautiful only every other day until my body got use to them. AND I uped my water in take a great deal. I drink water all the time so I figured I needed to drink about 2 more glasses a day which helped a great deal. Within two weeks my facial breakout went away and I totally love these vitamins.

After the bad I will have to say I notably have stronger, longer nails and my skin is radiant and clear. Although I am brown skinned in Chicago's winter I feel like my skin gets pale which was starting to happen in the beginning of November. However this has all changed. My skin is very healthy looking and my hair has great sheen. I won't say the sheen comes from the vitamins alone being that my hair is Jet Black naturally it always has a sheen. I do have great energy even with being a full time Grad student and a nanny for 3 children. I'm still energetic and I believe this energy comes specifically from the vitamins!

To keep a long story short. I love the vitamins for now and in the future I intend not to take the Be Whole(the multivitamin) because I feel like I get enough from the Be Protected (fish oil) and the Be Beautiful (hair,skin & nails) plus my Garlic & Apple CIder Vinegar tablets.

I hope this helps others who have some interest in the vitamins and I will keep the thread updated as time past. Thnanks.
 
I didn't buy the Vita Pak because it was simpler to just buy the vitamins because I would have them for longer than just the 30 days. The vitamins alone were on sale! I think the Vita Pak would make it sooo much simpler tho. Next time I will probably do that if there isn't a sale going on! lol
 
I just wanted to give a review. I've been on Be Beautiful for a month and my nails are NOTICEABLY stronger than ever. Almost feels like I have acrylic on them, but of course, I don't! I think this vitamin will be crucial in me not going back to false nails! :yay:

My hair is stronger also. It's looking healthy and there's a lot less shed hair in my comb and denman brush when detangling. No breakouts. I love this vitamin! It's my staple!

Glad to hear it's working for you. I wish I could stay on it longer, but it breaks me out.
 
I just got a pack of the chewables for 19.99. I'm kind of nervous though. I got it for clearer more radiant skin, stronger nails and hair growth. I definitely don't want to break out. I will post an update two weeks from now. I hope I don't have to get acrylics anymore!
