Give thanks and praises (V05 and wet buns)

Somebody please tell me how to leave my hair ALONE. Even with this bun challenge thing, I find myself pullin a little bit of hair from the front near the part and bother it.

I can't stop, any suggestions

I really don't know what to tell you. I've never had this problem. Once my hair is done, I always leave it alone. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.....
