Does anyone else have that certain length where it seems to take forever to get over and get longer?

Mine is shoulder length. If my hair is cut short, it grows like a weed until it gets to shoulder length. Then it seems like it stops growing for awhile before it starts growing like a weed again.

I think I'm hitting a second hump which is a few inches (3-4 inches) past collarbone.

Does anyone else have a length where their hair seems to stop growing? I never understood why my hair takes so long to get past my shoulder length hump but then it starts growing very fast.

i think something i said in another thread can help you which was: yes genes can be the reason but it can also be that you need some type of "extra" for your hair to maximize its results. it just takes alot of time and patience to figure out what that extra is....but it can be done. hope this helps somewhat

My hair hump seems to be where I am now...the top of my bra strap. I can't seem to get it past where I am now.
