Getting Kinky Twists and I need help!

I finally made an appointment to get my kinky twists for next week I am excited about them and I want them to last and look good for at least 2 months. I have just a few questions for the ladies who have been down this road before
What type of hair did you use (length, human/synthetic, brand)?
Is human or synthetic hair easier to maintain?
Did you baggy?
How often did you wash your hair?
Did you moisturize every night (use sprays, oils, etc)?
How long did your twists last, or to you look good?
Did you follow any special regimen you followed?

i always use synthetic hair ( golden queen)
my hair is very thick so i use almost 2 packs

i dont follow n e special regimen and wash usually once a week
they typically last me for a month ....i could go longer but take them down then

Mine synthetic too, but I use 3 packs.
I've never tried human hair. I don't think you're supposed to wash those as often as I wash mine.
I wash my hair 2X/week
I moisturize every night (and sometimes in the morning) but I don't baggy
They look good for 5 weeks (6,7, and 8) is kinda pushing it, but I make it most of the time.

Is human or synthetic hair easier to maintain? I am not sure which one would be easier to maintain. i haven't tried human hair

Did you baggy? I attempted to baggy but, the twists get puffy

How often did you wash your hair? Once a week, sometime more
Did you moisturize every night (use sprays, oils, etc)? I used MTG and surge at the time (bad idea, it STANK way too much)

How long did your twists last, or to you look good? I only kept mine for a month but, I could have gone longer (I'm super picky)

Did you follow any special regimen you followed? Not really, just MTG and Surge

I use Afro Human Kinky Hair, 15" and I believe the brand is Beverly Johnson's.

Is human or synthetic hair easier to maintain?
I definitely prefer the Afro Kinky Human Hair -- hands down!

Did you baggy?
Maybe, once a week or so, but not often.

How often did you wash your hair?
I wash my hair at least twice a week when it's really hot; or just once a week.

Did you moisturize every night (use sprays, oils, etc)?
I moisturize every night with S-Curl, Mane & Tail Hair Strengthner and then seal with BT or Lenzi's Request.

How long did your twists last, or to you look good?
That's the thing about the Afro Human Kinky Hair...the older it gets the better it looks......people have a really hard time distinguishing my hair from the afro human hair.

I do whatever works for me, but I do try to incorporate C&G within my method.
