Where are you guys finding this stuff? I picked up "Knox" Original Gelatine unflavored from Walmart but I don't know if it's the same stuff that some members are referring too...Please help ladies...Thanks for your help in advance...

Hi Mary,

I get mine from Wal Mart. It is on the same Isle as the Knox gelatin and other canning supplies. The name of the one I got last time is CERTO Premium Liquid Fruit Pectin. It is in a blue box, and is by the makers of SURE JELL.

Some folks mix it with henna and/or indigo.

This will make your henna mix a jelly like consistancy to help keep it from running all over the place. Makes application and clean up easy!

Thanks ladies...I found it at Meijer's yesterday in the aisle with the canning jars : ) In the Certo package I found, it has to pouches of the gelled pectin...Is one sufficient for one application of henna? Thanks for all the help!!!! I want to use the henna with you all!!!!
