Well that is what I read on another message board.... Products containing high doses of garlic should only be used in MODERATION

Garlic has anti bactierial properties and is VERY acidic. Both of those can be damaging to the scalp. It is also used to reduce fast growing cells which hair cells are. (that is why some kemo causes people to lose thier hair, it is desigend to attack the fast growing cancer cells.)

I have no idea. I don't know how true this is, because I always thought garlic stimulates growth /images/graemlins/confused.gif
