Futurebiotic vitamins (hair skin and nail)

Anyone get good results from these vitamins by chance? If so how long did it take to see growth?

I am currently using them. The pills are huge. I saw results on my nails in less than a week. Hard strong long nails growing fast. As far as skin and hair are concerned I really cannot tell. I did not see anything extraordinary ... for now.
I bought mine from vitamine shoppe. Someone on this board recommend them while ago.

Finished the whole bottle and it did nothing. Even my nails kept breaking (but I do tend to chew on them).

I tried these a while ago and I didn't get extraordinary results, but I did get excellent results with their Super Silica Complex. My hair grew really fast when I used these and I saw results in about 2 weeks. I heard from someone working in the health food store that they changed the formula(don't know if it's true) in these so I haven't replaced them.

i know someone else posted about them..that was using them....she had beautiful long hair and i was thinking about getting them because of her....let me see if i can find her..

I ve been using them faithfully for about 4 months. My nails are rock hard, my hair grew really fast and strong and my skin is supple.

Even my brother takes these for his skin and its cleared up really well.

Like everything, the prob take a few months to kick in and you have to drink ur water, etc.

Ive tried others and these are the best

I took these vitamins for about four months and saw very little results. I guess it goes to show everything is not for evrybody. good luck!
