Why is it that sometimes I see people scratching their scalp when they have a weave or wig in and u can see the ""hair" moving from side to side??

I still don't get why some balding men do the "comb over"! It doesn't look natural, it's not stable and everyone knows you're balding.

And (borrowed this from another post) why does it seem that the less hair a little black girl has the more bows their mothers seem to put on them? I swear one of my little cousins was walkin' around looking like a bowl of Fruit Loops with legs?
