Kinikakes - i'm in shock that you are asking me for MY regime. Girl, look at your hair!
My regime is oh so simple...its all down to laziness.......
Co-wash every day with Aussie Moist conditioner then use Kids Organics Detangling leave-in then seal in with Ginseng Miracle Wonder 8 Oil then use IC Fanatasia or S-Curl gel.
I always wear a wash and go and have blowed dried about 4 times since my BC.
I blowdried for the twists in the pic.
Deep condition whenever i remember - this can be twice a week or up to every two weeks - i have loads of different products for this.
Shampoo about every 2 weeks with Aussie Moist Shampoo (would use Pantene Clarifier every other time)
I use my fingers to comb my hair every other day during a co-wash but i do use a comb when i deep condition.
My hair sheds something crazy and there is always a ton of hair in the drain collector thingy (i need one!) whether i use a comb or not.
Sometimes i moisturise before i go to bed - depends if i can be bothered or not.
I Always tie my hair up at night and most nights i lightly oil my scalp with an all natural pomade i bought in Jamaica or use the Wonder 8 Oil on my scalp....i only do this because my scalp gets very dry - maybe due to all the co-washing.
My hair does not like extensions.....i have a sensitive scalp and my hair dry's out in them.
Two weeks ago i started using a mix of WGO (half a bottle) mixed with 2 teaspoons of sulphur powder, then filled the rest of the bottle with Jojoba oil - every night i massage it in.
Not sure what progress this has made in just 2 weeks but my scalp is now always tingling or itching me.
I would like to stop the excessive shedding i have. I use a protein treatment once in a blue moon.
I hope this helps some ladies.
