from a relaxer to a texturizer?

Not without cutting off your relaxed ends. You can't make relaxed ends become textured (as in still textured even when wet) At best, you will have to slowly transition, eventually cutting all the relaxed hair.
 
Hey dear. I don't think that this is a problem as long as the "bases" of the chemicals are the same. You might want to check one of the threads that's about texturizing and texlaxing for greater details.

ETA: I agree with the previous poster...but you could do a slow transition and cut the ends off slowly.
